Ingredients
- 1 Pack - Smoked Firm Tofu
- 2 - Bell Peppers
- 1/2 - Onion
- 2 Cloves - Garlic
- 1 Pinch - Red Pepper flakes
- 1 Tsp - Roasted Sesame seeds
- 1/2 Cup - Rice
- 1 Tbsp - Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp - Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp - Fermented soy bean paste
Directions
- Chops tofu and bell peppers into cubes
- Chop onion into thin slivers
- Mince garlic
- Throw tofu, peppers, onions and oil into pan and stir fry for 8 minutes
- Throw in pepper flakes, Sesame seeds, soy sauce and cook for a few minutes
- Serve on top of rice
