Pickled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12-18 Eggs
  • 3 Cups White Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Pickling Salt
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 Dill Vines
  • 1 Beat
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Pickling Spice
  • 1 Clove Garlic

Directions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and set aside
  2. Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and bay leaf to a pot, bring to a boil then lower heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes
  3. Add 3 eggs to a jar, then add some beats, onions and spices, then add more eggs and repeat process until all ingredients are added to the jar
  4. Fill up jar with the liquid made from step 2
  5. Let sit in fridge 3 days before eating
