Ingredients

  • 1 Gallon - Glass Jar
  • 3 Liters - Water
  • 1 Cup - White Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp - Black tea leaves
  • 2 Cups - Starter tea
  • 1 SCOBY

Directions

  1. Boil all water
  2. Steep tea leaves inside for 15 minutes, then strain out
  3. Add sugar and stir to dissolve
  4. Let sit until temperature less than 90°
  5. Add starter tea and scoby
  6. After 3 days a new scoby should be forming on top, after total 7 days, it should be ready to bottle, based on taste
