Ingredients
- 1 Gallon - Glass Jar
- 3 Liters - Water
- 1 Cup - White Sugar
- 2 Tbsp - Black tea leaves
- 2 Cups - Starter tea
- 1 SCOBY
Directions
- Boil all water
- Steep tea leaves inside for 15 minutes, then strain out
- Add sugar and stir to dissolve
- Let sit until temperature less than 90°
- Add starter tea and scoby
- After 3 days a new scoby should be forming on top, after total 7 days, it should be ready to bottle, based on taste
