Honey Garlic Chicken


  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper to season
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Parsley to garnish

  • Sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 water
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar, or white vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and garlic powder - and cook in an oiled pan over medium heat until cooked through
  2. Combine other ingredients into a sauce
  3. Chop up garlic and place in pan with chicken for 30 seconds until fragrant
  4. Pour sauce into the pan, stir and let simmer until sauce is thick
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve
